Hi, I’m Beth Mason

Feeling stuck in the middle?

I help women in Midlife and Menopause to reach their full potential, become a version of themselves they are proud of and experience peace and freedom around food, exercise and their bodies. 

I have helped nearly 200 women lose fat, and get stronger and fitter- all without tracking calories, guilt, shame, punishing themselves with exercise or beating themselves up for what they’ve eaten.

I want you to thrive and truly live the life you want

My own journey into health and fitness started when I was in my early 30’s and it has absolutely changed my life. So much so that at 40 years old I began to help other women to do the same. Falling in love with health and fitness has allowed me to truly live the life I wanted to and Thrive, which is my dream for all women I work with. 

Looking after my health and fitness has provided an anchor point to me in many ways in the last 15 years, and has had a profound impact on my mental health as well as creating dramatic physical changes too. 

Despite all this experience and my many qualifications, I struggled with changes to my body at the start of my perimenopause transition, and I’m committed to providing long term, sustainable and clear solutions for other women who feel stuck or lost or out of control too. 

No quick fixes or gimmicks!

You won’t find any quick fixes here, or gimmicks or fads. My methods and systems that bring you clarity and solutions around food, exercise and your body are all based in science.

Plus I’m a huge advocate of walking the walk and leading from the front- I’d never suggest my clients do anything I wouldn’t do myself! 

Introducing The Move Me Happy Method

Feel better, look better, love your life once again…

The Move Me Happy Method has evolved over the years- as all the best things too. The name comes from the time that I felt exercise brought me back to life following the death of our baby son.

On reflection, I can see now it was the love from my husband Kev and daughter Kitty that did that- but the name stuck. My clients in midlife and menopause definitely feel happier when they take control and work with me- it’s a very desirable side effect of working with me!

  • Bullet proof habits, including regular cardio and strength training for her future self.

  • Empowered in all areas of her life - stepping up professionally perhaps, embracing retirement, feeling connected to and present with those around her.

  • Confident in her clothes, but knowing her appearance is the least significant things about her.

  • Concentrates on what her body can experience and living and creating the life she dreams of

    This includes daily and weekly accountability from me on my custom built app, along with your personalised training programme, accessible at any time. I’ll educate and empower you in my weekly

    Open Office and regular Masterclasses and Private Pods, all designed to give you EXACTLY what you need during every phase of your health, fitness and fat loss journey.

  • All of my nutrition, mindset ant exercise systems are built with your busy life in mind and are all about making health and fitness simpler and more accessible.

    Everything can be done on your own schedule…. I know how busy you are! As with all things in life, the more you put in, the more you will get out.

    Training the Move Me Happy way means resistance training 2-3 per week for 20-30 minutes each time, which is built up and established in Phase 1 of my roadmap. By the end of phase 1 I promise you’ll be excited about whats possible for you and wanting more!
