Simon’s story

When I began working with Simon 6 months ago he told me that he lacked energy, self-discipline with food and had a bit of physical self-loathing. He needed some guidance to help him focus on better choices with food, how to exercise and improve his sleep.

Said Simon,“I followed Beth on social media and picked up a vibe that her style was very open, new and not the army/shouty kind of PT I imagined. My first impression was someone that was keen to learn about me, my personality and see me succeed.”

Together we worked on implementing a daily plan that move him in small steps toward his goal of losing body fat & building strength. We concentrated on what to eat to keep Simon fuller for longer so he could break his snacking habit. He has been incredibly consistent, & worked hard at this every single day.
