Outdoor Training takes place on the Kendal Green in the open air, among the trees and scenic backdrop of the Lake District fells.
This is your workout, but in the company of amazing women
The classes are suitable for all levels- beginners, returners and improvers. Exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated, with options given for whatever level you are working at. We use a pair of dumbbells each- and these are provided.

What happens during a class?
The sessions focus on principles of progressive overload to build your strength and fitness over time. We always do a thorough warm-up and stretch to
Mondays & Thursdays: 9.15-10.15 am
Saturdays: 8.00-9.00 am
