“I’ve always been intimidated by fitness classes but was attracted to classes outside and it appealed that it was with a group of women.

I hadn’t exercised for years, and I was quite anxious about doing the classes but I think it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. 

I liked the emphasis that Beth gives on improving health, strength, and wellbeing rather than physical appearance. The group was very mixed ability and everyone was supportive rather than competitive. 

After just a few weeks I started to see progress. 

I really look forward to the classes and feel great doing them and afterwards. I never thought I would enjoy exercise! 

I have been going through a very challenging time in my life and the classes have been so good for my mental well-being. I can physically feel the tension released from my body after the class. I’m so pleased I am doing something that is so good for my body too! 

I couldn’t recommend the classes more highly. I often comment on how much I love doing them and how much they are helping me.  

Beth is so encouraging both when I’m doing well or when I need a bit more support. 

If anyone is doubting whether they can do it or not I’d say definitely give it a go as the benefits are so great and it’s so much fun too. It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are as it’s such a mixed ability group and Beth accommodates all levels.”
